Warranty

Our luggage is crafted to not only look stylish but durable. That being said we understand accidents occur, and for our customer's reassurance we have a 3 year limited warranty in place.

Upon receiving the product it will be inspected and at the discretion of Asubi's repair team, you will be informed via email if the repair is within our warranty.

Please contact our sales department prior to mailing your product.

Please be advised that return shipping is at the expense of the consumer.

The 3 year limited warranty covers:

Wheels

Luggage handle and alloy telescopic handle that breaks off or are no longer functional

Zippers that can no longer open or close due to manufacturing error

The three year limited warranty does not cover:

"Cosmetic damage" which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in appearance of the product that occurs during normal handling and use of luggage by any party in which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage.

Compression lining or interior lining
