Where do you ship?

At this time we provide free shipping within the continental United States through UPS carrier.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska will be quoted upon check out.
We do not ship to PO boxes and APO addresses. Shipments are sent via UPS. Due to the pandemic and immense pressure of UPS there may be shipping delays.

Please use your tracking number to follow your order.

What is your return policy?

If for some reason (which we doubt there will be any) you are unhappy with your luggage, you can return your unused Asubi luggage within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. That’s 60 days to roll and test your luggage!

Please be advised that shipping for returns will be at your own expense.

How does the compression lining work?

The compression lining is made of all rPET polyester cloth (which is recycled polyester made from recycled plastic bottles) and TPU waterproof coating fabric. Together they make a thick durable waterproof and odor-proof lining. The airtight zipper holds your belongings while trapping air into the compression line. The one way air valve allows the air to be released to compress belongings into an airtight space.

Does the carry-on fit airline guidelines?

Yes, the 22 inch Asubi Go Max carry-on is the standard size for most major airlines.

Does the carry-on come with a removable battery?

The 22 inch Asubi Go Max carry-on does not come with a removable power bank. A chargeable power bank with a USB port connection is compatible with this luggage.
