Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us at sales@asubigo.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for some reason (which we doubt there will be any) you are unhappy with your luggage, you can return your unused Asubi luggage within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

That’s 60 days to roll and test your luggage!

 

We do not issue a refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If the 60 day grace period has expired.

Costumers are responsible for covering return product cost. Funds will be deducted from the refund total.
